Click Find Links on the Skill station to link your unlinked skills. It first looks for each skill by name in your bullets, job descriptions, education and certifications and links it wherever the words match, with nothing to approve, then has AI scan the rest against all your experience bullets. Skills are also linked automatically whenever you add, edit, or delete a bullet — look for the blue ring and "Scanning bullets…" indicator on the card while it runs. (Editing an experience's profile fields — role, employer, dates — doesn't touch bullets, so it doesn't trigger this.) Either way, skills with no linked experience are flagged "Not linked" so they're easy to spot.
